(referred to in this Policy as “Quickgame.com", “we", “our", or “us"). Quickgame.com B.V. (“Quickgame.com") is an entity incorporated under the laws of the United States of America. By using the Quickgame.com General Site, you agree to observe and be bound by this Privacy Policy and you consent to the processing, collection, use, and disclosure of your information and data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please do not use the Quickgame.com Site if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or legal guardian, by allowing your child to use the Quickgame.com, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy on your child’s behalf.

1. General information

All features on the Quickgame Site are available without the need for registration by Users. No personal data (such as email addresses and phone numbers) are requested from users. Quickgame may collect certain electronic data (such as the User’s IP address, cookies or device ID). When a User clicks to leave the Quickgame Site, Quickgame may try to inform the User that they are leaving the Quickgame Site and that this Privacy Policy will no longer apply. However, if any personal data will be collected by a third party content provider, Quickgame will contractually require that the processing of personal data by them in the context of a game complies with applicable data protection laws.

5. Cookies

Like many websites and applications, this Quickgame Site makes use of “cookies" which are saved on the user’s computer. In addition, third party networks serving advertisements on the Quickgame Site (the “Advertisers") might use cookies. Cookies are a way of remembering who you are. Some of the third party games published on the Quickgame General Site do link out to third party websites. Quickgame uses technology and people to monitor these links for inappropriate content but it does not have full control over the third party games on the Quickgame Site.

7. Sharing information

Quickgame may share your persistent identifiers with third parties such as business partners under the following circumstances: Security: We may release information about our Users, including IP address, when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation or to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing the Quickgame Site and applicable laws. We may also disclose such user information whenever we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Quickgame, or any of our respective business partners, customers or others. Aggregate Information: We may disclose non-identifying, aggregated user statistics to third parties for a variety of purposes, including describing our services to prospective partners and other third parties. Examples of such non-personal information include the number of users who visited this Quickgame Site during a specific time period or played a specific game on this Website. Advertising: We may share technical information such as IP address or device ID with our advertising partners. For advertising on the Quickgame General Site, this information may be used to serve behaviorally targeted ads or profiling. 8. Children Under 13

Our site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We respect the privacy of parents and children and are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). On those areas of the sites that ask for age, we do not collect personal information from individuals who identify themselves as under the age of 13 except in those limited circumstances where we believe that such collection is permitted under COPPA.  If a parent believes that his or her child has submitted personal information to us, he or she can contact us via e-mail. We will promptly delete the information upon learning that it relates to a child under the age of 13. Please note that it is possible some of this information may remain archived in web logs and back-up archives after we delete the information from its active database (see above regarding web logs, and below regarding archived information).  We believe that parents should supervise their children's online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a kid-friendly online environment. 9. Other

We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. These include a firewall to prevent unauthorized access to our systems and maintenance of registration information in a separate database. Although we will exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between your computer and our servers, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure.  We may offer chat, user reviews, multi-player games, bulletin board, or other public functions and any posting by you is considered public information available to other users. Any posting is governed by our Terms of Use. You should take care to not use personal information in your screen name or other information that might be publicly available to other users.  If a user elects to use our site for informing a friend about our site or particular features or content, we ask them for the friend's name and e-mail address. We will automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit our site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail.  Your personal information is password-protected, and you should take appropriate measures to protect the secrecy of your password.
